Be Heard in Washington
To help greater a louder and more unified voice for the homecare sector, The American Association for Homecare (AAHomecare) will host its Washington Legislative Conference this March 1-3 at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. The conference will give homecare providers an opportunity to become more involved in influencing crucial policy decisions concerning such issues as competitive bidding and the oxygen benefit.
Highlights of the event will include issue briefings, presentations by members of Congress, and a “lobby day” during which members of the homecare community will be able to visit offices of the Senate and the House. For a preliminary agenda and registration information, go to www.aahomecare.org.
