The DeVilbiss iGo Portable Oxygen System has received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration for use in-flight aboard aircraft. The iGo was developed to meet the needs of active oxygen patients’ lives.
The portable oxygen concentrator features rugged construction to offer reliable oxygen delivery wherever patients go, according to the company. In addition to being approved by the FAA for in-flight operation, it is also suitable for overnight use. It offers a 3 lpm continuous flow mode and 6 PulseDose settings. The iGo operates from three different power sources, including AC, DC or rechargeable battery.
