In a Respiratory Management exclusive, a panel of 25 readers, representing each of the first 10 MSAs except San Juan, provided feedback on the first round of competitive bidding. The survey respondents answered questions regarding the bidding process, accreditation, training and more, and then issued a letter grade for CMS in those areas. RM pooled the panel's responses to find out what's in store for Round 2.
